Why all the hate for this ad? Seriously? The world already knows what the iPhone4 can do - and it's Apple's job to inform about their product. This is purely an emotive piece, delivered from a Verizon customer's perspective. If non-customers "feel" the anxiety, then all the better. Personally I think it's brilliant. The buildup, the wringing hands, that last simple smile, the timed (short) logo fade-ins - this is a GREAT commercial. I'm giving it 8, and then two more as the negativity confuses me. ;-)
