Wow Italy. There's been a lot of sub-standard work coming from Milan on AOTW for the past few years, but this is an absolute redeemer. Terrific! Really touching, and I feel like I learned something.

Great, but people with disabilities are people first and should be represented in adverts all the time anyway. This sets them apart rather than integrates them. I should ad thst from a marketing point of view in several of the above cases the Down Syndrome actor is the right casting but try convincing the client of that.
