I realise it's for charity, but the headline doesn't need to spell out the visual. If this is ambient, restaurant media, then maybe the copy should just say:

"While you're waiting for your breakfast, consider this... more than 2 crore (???) children in Bangladesh will go hungry this morning and go to bed hungry tonight. Fortunately, there is something we can do to stop this...."

it may work ...but the heading is very much week to convey the real message. I can understand after reading whole paragraph. before reading that no one wud understand that this is an ad for Charity. i guess there wud have been more than 6000 if the heading were perfect; many people are so much lazy to read the whole paragraph. if the heading were perfect it wud have attracted very well its target segment.
