Nissan

A world without petrol

Agency: TBWA

Description

Whybin\TBWA Group Melbourne have created an interactive outdoor exhibition to launch the first purpose-built 100% electric car in Australia, the Nissan LEAF. The huge exhibit features over 40 real petrol bowsers artfully reinterpreted into useful everyday items to express the fact that with the Nissan LEAF, bowsers are no longer needed. The LEAF runs purely on electricity meaning the home is now the everyday filling station. The recycled petrol bowsers have been turned into functioning pieces of interactive art including a fish tank, coffee machine, giant water fountain, grandfather clock and a bird feeder that features a bowser covered in birdseed.

This professional campaign titled 'A world without petrol' was published in Australia in May, 2012. It was created for the brand: Nissan, by ad agency: TBWA. This Ambient medium campaign is related to the Automotive industry and contains 1 media asset. It was submitted almost 12 years ago.
