I don't know. But I don't think it is effective. The copy is a bit confusing and not convincing.

I like it. Anyway, there is so much of ads being thrown everywhere that whenever there is something hand-written/rough, people always notice it.

Hey, there's a piece of cardboard with something hand-written on it. Hummmmm, I wonder what this could be an ad for. Wait-a-minute, wait-a-minute...could it be an ad for...THE HOMELESS?!?
Yes!!!! You guys probably think I'm like all psychic and stuff like Dione Warwick. But for reals, trust me, I totally guessed it!!
Ok enough, I guess you could say I'm sick of my art director brethren using this tired old visual. Apparently there's a law in place that says all headlines and copy must be hand-written on cardboard for any and all homeless ads. Nevertheless, as far as these ads...meh. I'm a bit confused as to why they're written as if someone is holding them, yet no one is holding them. Sup wit dat?

This ad clearly difinrs the line between effective advertising and creative advertising. This one is very effective, though not creative. Good job.

Well Pennycracker... cliché or not... if this would be printed on the usual poster material... for sure it wouldn't be noticed like this one...
