A flat die-cut shirt was printed on paper and inserted into a popular lifestyle publication – giving the impression that the shirt had been flattened by the pages of the magazine.

nice and simple. but why loose sheet? it can be mislead as a bookmark idea. i prefer it attached to the magazine.

I'd agree with that, but maybe because they wanted the shirt to look like if flatened because it was inside the magazine, not part of it?
