Well Ivan, the first of the foeticide ads actually takes the help of the Mummy poster, to make pregnant women realise the pain and the disapproval of her unborn child, towards foeticide.
The second one is fairly simple. The graveyard has only men resting in peace (read the names inscribed.)You see, no female child-no female adult- no female old- no female dead. That's it.
The economist ad actually stresses upon the need for simplicity and how simplicity is actually better in communication.
I think you need to be more direct. The big idea has some substance, let it find your executions.

They are clunky and need the explanations. Art direction requires a polish.
not really a good idea, and graphic needs better direction. Low level photoshop skill is quite obvious there. Think more... work less.
