Yes, the fast food chain in Paraguay launched the King and Mickey combo, which includes the classic grilled hamburger, fries, drink and a free panettone, a dessert widely consumed in this market during the Christmas season. The brand did not have to pay for the use of the graphic of the famous mouse since they implemented an alliance with Mickey, a local company dedicated to the elaboration of different foods, and whose logo has been similar to the well-known character since 1935, despite Disney's multiple attempts to change the situation. The Paraguayan company has passed all the legal processes favorably. This is the first time that a brand has decided to take advantage of such a peculiar situation.
