By trying to install the AROUNA signature in terms of authentic French baking in an Indonesian market which is barely discovering the art of baking and the culture of bread... We have imprinted a visual and geo-cultural code which is, the mountains of volcanoes in Indonesia especially and in Southeast Asia generally. "Mount Batur", "Mount Rinjani" ... to highlight the texture and the original shape of a bread recognized internationally and made according to the art of French baking.
