Phoenix Group was going to launch Central India’s Largest Mall, bringing to Indore a host of luxury brands for the first time. The mall was to have grand Italian architecture and a truly European ambience. With our digital campaigns, we needed to create the right response and engagement at the correct time.
For a mall that would bring in truly unique and luxurious experiences to Indore, we crafted the campaign articulation of ‘Like Never Before’. Our campaign strategy focused on the key pillars of Italian Architecture, Luxurious Experiences and Indore’s Cultural Heritage.
We divided the campaign into 3 phases: pre-launch, launch and sustenance. We started by building curiosity around the concept of ‘Italy in Indore’ and creating teasers to hint at the mall’s USPs.
