With this new product, Society Nine is allowing modern women to fit exercise into their daily routines (even when that’s staying at home), helping boost endorphins, a key ingredient in the fight for better mental health. Society Nine teamed up with Berlin Cameron to create the campaign that shows boxing and physical exercise serve as a powerful way to battle demons both big and small.
Furthering Society Nine’s message of gender equality, the production crew was led by an all-female line-up including Alberta Poon , Annie Tonsiengsom, Fran Siriphan Bittakis and Eva Moss, who ensured the crew was made-up of people often overlooked or underrepresented in the film and advertising world—members of the LGBTQ community, people of color and women in particular. The on-set crew was 65% black, indigenous or people of color (BIPOC) and 90% woman/non-binary identifying people.
