ADVERTISING

Description

To help combat the spread of COVID-19 in California, we created a daring campaign aimed to shift the behavior of at-risk Latinos and African Americans. Rarely do we get to write villains into brand stories, but for a matter of life and death, we summoned El Covid and The Rona, our campaign's sarcastic, playful and mildly sinister characters. They proved to touch upon cultural markers for our segments, leveraging language and idioms our audience would relate to.

This professional campaign titled 'El Covid/The Rona' was published in United States in January, 2021. It was created for the brand: California Department of Public Health, by ad agency: GALLEGOS United. This Integrated medium campaign is related to the Health industry and contains 8 media assets. It was submitted about 3 years ago.
