There are certain things in life we humans do not generally leave to chance. This is because we consider these things to be important and ensure we put everything in place to ensure they run smoothly.
We want our subscribers to begin to see their DStv subscription as one of those things. This will be done by sharing spice of life stories that metaphorically communicate the need to take charge of their viewing experience via the Auto-renew feature.
