Nothing causes travelers more stress than missing a flight. DAVID Bogotá announces the latest activation for Corona​: Corona Gate.​ The campaign is based around the seemingly ubiquitous airport chaos seen across the world in stressful long lines, ​bad traffic, intense weather, ​and general disorder from the airlines​. With air travel as stressful as ever, frustrated travelers can enter Corona Gate, a branded "escape" in select airports around the world, starting in Argentina, and soon in Canada and South Africa, that will take them to the Corona Island in the Caribbean.

This is the next global activation from DAVID Bogotá, after the Corona Natural Bar, the bar that leaves no trace. The first bar made of 100% natural ingredients as the beer, that has been implementing in different markets, including UK, Brasil, France, Italy, Dominicana, and even The Galapagos Islands.

“From one side working with Corona is always a huge challenge because its compromise with nature is not a marketing move instead of the filter for any idea we create; and from the other side, it was existing to find new ways to disconnect people from their routines and chaos, that is actually what happen when we open a Corona, but this time they open a gate to paradise”, mentioned Juan Pablo García, Managing Director of DAVID Bogotá.

Corona Island is a paradise of sustainability and relaxation, set just off the coast of Colombia - less than an hour’s boat ride from the city of Cartagena -, where the concept is all natural, just what a group of stressed people need when miss their flights. It’s a place that pays respect for nature, centered around zero-waste living and allowing people to reconnect with nature.
