The Royal Canadian Mint and Cossette have launched a major integrated national campaign to kick off the Mint’s “My Canada, My Inspiration” contest. To celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary in 2017, the Mint is inviting Canadians to submit designs for the five 2017 circulation coins that will replace the current icons and round out the Canada 150 Collection. Canadians interested in creating their own piece of history can submit their designs based on one of the following themes: Our Wonders, Our Character, Our Achievements or Our Passions. A fifth theme, Our Future, is reserved for children aged 12 and under who would like to share their vision of Canada’s future.
