This 30’ TVC was made for DAZN a global sports streaming channel playing host to on demand sport in over 200 countries featuring Michael Ballack, German football legend and recently appointed DAZN ambassador. The spot sees Ballack turn up at an everyday couple's home and, to their surprise, invite himself in to join them on the sofa. The spot features some lovely performances that bring a touch of comedic flavor to the film.
Shot in Munich due to Michael Ballack’s availability and schedule, the other actors flew in from Berlin and Hamburg. The structure of the film uses the performances to segue into DAZN sports moments from the different football leagues, using their conversations to highlight the brand messaging in a friendly and casual manner.
