Adequately explained European values

Agency: linza agency

Description

At the beginning of 2023, we were happy to participate in the creation of a new video about European values for The International Renaissance Foundation (IRF). It was important to avoid creating another boring bureaucratic or formalized video. Representatives of the so-called "creative class" became our target audience. These are people who appreciate the most simple and clear presentation of information, preferably with "elements of fun". Therefore, together with the customer, we immediately decided not to list the long names of the directives and other documents. So, in the end, we came up with the most friendly text in the format, as if we were telling it to friends in the kitchen.

There's also plenty of hidden Easter Eggs to be found within the video itself, making the content interesting to watch again and again. In five minutes, we concisely tell the almost three-thousand-year-old history of the birth of modern European values in such a way that the average viewer will not want to stop the video somewhere halfway.

“European values are what our soldiers are now fighting and dying for, this is what the whole country is fighting for. That is why with this project we wanted to show that these values are not some abstract words, but real principles of life that are important for all of us. Accordingly, we tried to make the explainer as clear and accessible as possible for the viewer, both in terms of text and visuals,” — says Les Yakymchuk, Co-founder and Creative Lead of linza agency.

This professional campaign titled 'Adequately explained European values' was published in Ukraine in February, 2023. It was created by ad agency: linza agency.
